He causes hassle in Bahamas and pays back to a couple of annoying golfers: 007 is in Nassau's Ocean Club and pretends to tie his shoelaces, when investigating surveillance cameras in front of the entrance. Bond is thinking his next move, when two arrogant golfers throw their car keys to him, because they think he is a parking supervisor. Bond drives a car to a parking lot and crashes into the fence and damages cars that are parked there.
